Love is worth suffering for

Sometimes you know it is going to be painful, and yet you decide to go for something. And the only thing that keeps you going is the love. Trying to put that essence on this adaptation of modern haiku.

Falling for her

Well, you know you are falling for her. But not quite sure why? Something just feels so surreal, the pull towards her is real. But it is hard to pinpoint the attraction. The short verse on that emotion.

There was a fire

It is not always the case that the love affair you have would be your final affair. And at times, you know it from the beginning that it may not last. But yet, it feels so magical that you carry on anyway. And in that, you play, between your mind and emotions, so to speak, your brains versus your heart. And in that short-lived but magical affair, you often find yourself twisted where you mind tells you that this will end up hurting everyone, while your heart says, but the emotions are real! You want to get out, but you want to get in too. You know its not forever, but you want to stop the time. Relationship gets sour, but there is plenty sweetness remaining too. You know you will get burnt, but its warm with the fire. You know your mind is telling the truth, but the heart is not lying either. The verse is a monologue of this twisted heart.

I miss her

It is not always the case that your loved ones are around you. Various circumstances may arise that will separate you from the person you have loved so much. Sometimes, for a short. And some unfortunate times, forever they are gone. And its then when you realise that, with them, some part of you have gone missing as well. And you miss them, and you miss the part of yourself that has gone with them as well. This super short verse is written in that nostalgia, where the busy crowds of the urban or evening with the friends is not enough to overcome the gloom of missing someone you love.

Mother

If there is one person who will love you unconditionally, without expectations, and will hide all their woes and try to cherish you even during their lows, its the mother. This poetry celebrates all the loving mothers and thank them for their uneven unconditional love that can never be matched. No matter how much you love her, she will always love you more.

Lost

This poetry is about how over the time, the love can be unnoticingly forgetten and when it is too late, only regrets haunt. The backdrop shows a city view from a skyline with a telescope. The analogy is to search for the lover, but unfound - lost.

Every place, everywhere, just the same

This is a short poetic verse about unity in diversity. All people are same where ever you go. Underneath all the diversities and differences, everyone are ultimately made up of skin and bones, they all have dreams they either are chasing or have given up.

Her Thing

The descriptional poetry of the lover by a lover. The picture is that of a absinthe cocktail which is an analogy to the poetry in a sense that the lover is just as colorful, vibrant and addictively bittersweet that makes the whole ordeal a great adventure.

Her love and her fury, his love and his agony

Love is not perfect neither are the lovers. This poetry acknowledges just that when the things are not going as planned, when the things turned sour. The love that spread like a wildfire, now burns you inside out not leaving anything. The anger, the regrets, the pain inflicted all unbearable. But still, either the memories or maybe its the habit, but it kicks in when you are most lonely. And you love and hate, but still love something that there was. The picture of starry stairs resembles the painful downfall of the glory.

Touch of love

This poetry is a rap style composure.  It is a story that cherishes the romantic rendezvous during the dawn of love as the love takes off. It is at this time where the sky looks beautiful than ever, and the beaches look romantic than ever, and fear starts to monger of losing your loved one.  The burning yearning when nothing else matter.

Fate or late?

Sometimes, the love is uncertain and it takes a great leap of faith. You need to put all your eggs on one basket knowing that it might not be worth at all and the answer is only known at the very end. And in that uncertainty, you leap off the grounds with a hope of finding the love, scared that you might not. The backdrop is an adventure flight which seems like a prompt analogy to the leap of faith which either holds a great experience or a true disaster.

My girl or not?

This poetry resembles the dawn of love where there is a flirtatious push back from one and the desperation and determination from the other. This stage is significant in a sense that it is when the intensity of the interest is expressed and reciprocated. And this poetry celebrates just that.

My beautiful scary giggler

This is a poetry on what love feels like, and yearning to be with that person with all her woes included. Everything feels good and even all the baggages seems light enough to carry it through.

Loving you for loving me

Sometimes when one is all lonely and sad, all it can take is a bit of affection and it can foster into deep and unconditional love. All it takes is a right person to step in and the world can change for the two.

Requiem for the love

This poetry emphasises on love and the impact misjudged among the two souls. While one might think that it was just another rendezvous, it might leave an everlasting memory to another, may it even be in the form of emotional scar that is never forgetten.
